Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup skim Milk (or your preferred healthy alternative)
- 1 serving of Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (any flavour)
- ½ cup of Rolled Oats
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- ½ cup of Apple slices, Raspberries or Blackberries or ½ a sliced Banana
How to Prepare:
Pour the milk or soy milk into a medium saucepan, add the salt, and place over medium-high heat. Bring slowly to the boiling point, and as soon as the milk boils, add the rolled oats. Turn the heat down to low, and cook the oats, stirring, until thickened. Stir in the Formula 1 powder, the cinnamon, and the fruit and stir another minute or two until heated through, but do not boil. If the mixture is too thick, add a little extra skim milk or soy milk.
