Sirloin Steak Salad
Ingredients:
- ½ tbsp of Olive Oil
- ½ cup of sliced Onion
- ½ cup of sliced Green or Red Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
- 4 cups of mixed Greens
- ½ cup canned of Black Beans, drained
- ¼ small Avocado, diced
- Pre-prepared Tomato Salsa to taste
- 85g Grilled sirloin steak, thinly sliced
How to Prepare:
In a small frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add onions and capsicum (peppers) and sauté 4 to 5 minutes until soft and just starting to brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, black beans, avocado and salsa and toss well. Top with steak and sautéed vegetables.
