Tomato Chicken and Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
- 6 tbs of Herbalife Personalised Protein Powder
- 200g of minced Chicken
- 150g of Red Tomato Flesh, diced
- 60ml of non-fat Milk
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ tbs of salt
How to Prepare:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Grease a muffin dish for 6 muffins with oil.
Pour equal amounts of the batter into each muffin dish.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 c for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove and serve hot or cold.
