Vanilla Blueberry Protein Shake
Ingredients:
- 230ml of Water (or your preferred healthy liquid)
- 1 serving of Herbalife – Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, French Vanilla
- 2 servings of Herbalife – Personalised Protein Powder
- 3/4 cup of Blueberries
- 3-5 Ice Cubes (optional)
How to Prepare:
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve.
